Buko is a film comedy by director and screenwriter Alice Nellis. It tells the story of the search for and need for freedom on the farm. Jarmila faces a decision on how to deal with the end of her life. Either a patient, surrendered "waiting" or a personal rebellion in the form of a quite unexpected adventure; a retired circus horse, a senior horse named Buko, unexpectedly enters her life. And this change for Jarmila represents a step towards the desired mental freedom.
